I. Personally Identifiable Information
We refer to "personally identifiable information" including, but not limited to: name, password, age, marital status, gender, mailing address, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, income level, occupational information, financial status, credit record, and image information. Users can apply for account deletion in the following two ways:

All deletion applications will enter the account qualification review process for two working days. The review content includes but is not limited to: verifying whether there are outstanding loans, whether any fraud or compliance investigation is involved, etc.
Once the review is passed, the system will actively remind you to make the final confirmation. Please be sure to confirm the deletion operation in the app. Once confirmed: We will execute the deletion operation immediately; The deletion scope includes all identifiable content such as your registration information, account data, loan records, etc. on the server; The deletion process is irreversible and the data cannot be restored.
